Easy fix! Eat less carbs. Start eating more fruits and veggies, and not in huge amounts. Also, drink TONS of water. This will help your digestive track, and believe it or not, slim your tummy out. If you eat small portions many times a day, your body will burn it off moderately. If you eat few times a day, but in big portions, it will just sit in your tummy like a concrete brick.
