My right hand fingers are numb?

Im not really good at english or acctualy i am but i dont know the finger names in english...Lets just say The small one the F finger :D and the thumb and the one between the thumb and the Middle finger they are nub...And this kind of happens at christmas when i get the below cold water they kind off become less numb Could it be some heat? Or blood overflow cause when i kind of touch them feels like i dont know what like lot of blood inside or something Its not hard to bend but it kind of is or should i say...the joints are in pain its not a very pleasant felling...Ehm some answers could be awesome.
