Who should i start the fantasy superbowl? Favre or Eli Manning?

This is a very difficult desicion because I understand Favre hasn't been playing well and Eli has but I am expecting the Panthers to pull off an upset and KO the Giants. In a close desicion, choose Favre because of the easier match-up.
