Do all civil engineers use CAD?

I am a highschool student seeking information on different careers. Civil Engineering seems to be something I would be interested in. I tried Auto CAD 1 at school and didn't like it so much. I couldn't see myself taking many cles and going far with CAD. I was if CAD is needed in Civil Engineering, and if it is very difficult in college. Environmental Engineering seems cool too. thanks
