What to do? I'm kind of scared?

My mom is sick she went to the ER last night. Yesterday when she cough she really couldn't catch her breath. She had a fever of 101. When she was at the ER her fever went up to 108. They did blood test on her. She also had shorten of breath and her heart rate was still up. The doctor said she had bronchitis (my mom doesn't smoke. We have relative that do). The hospital released her like at 2:30 am. I went in her room to check on her to see if she want anything to eat. She said her head is hurting. It's been hurting her for over an hour. She had a fever, she had took some tylenol. I don't know if she still have a fever. I went to get her prescription today which was an inhaler. Last time she was sick like this she had pneumonia. That was like between 14 to 16 years ago. Last year when she caught a cold. She also had bronchitis, but it wasn't as bad as it is now. I have a little brother that I'm trying to stay strong for. Deep inside I want to cry. I love my momma and I don't want nothing to happen to her. She's my best friend. I want my auntie to be here because I'm scared. Me and my mom are like sisters. I don't know what to do. Should I call the paramedics again? Should I call one of my auntie? Well I'm about to go check on her. If she has a high fever I'm going to have to call one of my aunts.
