Departure port in New York for Cruises?

On monday afternoon, I will be going to Canada for 5 days on June 29th on a Carnival cruise called the Carnival Triumph. We will be departing from New York. However, I am not sure the address of the port that we will need to be at 1:00 on Monday. Does anyone know the address of this port? If you could give me a link for proof of New Yourk port, that would be very much appreciated. Thank you.
