Does anyone know what video I'm talking about?

I need help finding a link to the video. I remember it was a part at a kids house. Two guys get into an argument and the one pulls out a light saber and kills the other one. Someone calls the police, and storm troopers come in and take him in. The other video I'm looking for I saw it as a gif not sure if it's a video too. but the kid taking the video is driving down the road, and looks over and sees a car coming up beside him. Theirs a kid hanging out of the penger window of the car with a boat paddle rowing down the street. I need links please help.
