How Long about do you think it would take to lose 60?

I was on atkins for a week and lost 13,but i could not poop so i eat fruits and stuff today. Yeah even though i loose fast i am not doing all the carb counting so from now on i am doing it the old fashion way. I love to dance to so i will get plenty of exercise. How long do you think that will take? How many months?
