How to not be the last pick on a team?

I cant help what happens to me and I fear my life when I go to play with the other farm animals they always pick me last and it saddens me. I almost had a touch down once but it happen and I ruined the game and now no one will talk to me I just try to sazzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz
