I fell for a boy online. Now what!?

He lied about what he looked like and his life in the beginning because he didn't wanna open up that early. Then he told me who he really was and that he fell for me. I was really pissed at him for lying so I stopped talking to him for a week. then we started talking about. about 8 months later he was gonna come visit me but he fainting in health cl over a gory movie, the day he was gonna come and his mom wouldn't let him go. Now its 5 months later and hes in love with me. Wants to call me every night and says he cuddles with the phone at night. You have no idea how many times I've yelled at him over **** and he still says he loves me. he's supposedly coming next friday for the weekend and then transferring to my school (i'm from PA, he's from MA) do you think he's fake or do you think he really cares about me?
