Poland project..imprint on cultural landscape?

I am suppose to find Poland's imprint on the cultural landscape..especially things to do with their religion, which is Catholicism. (I guess examples would be like churches?? maybe). I've browsed the internet, and I really didn't find anything. Are their any Poland enthusiasts out there?? Thanks!
