What to say on Valentine's Day Gram?

Ok so there's this dude I'm interested in (we both know we like each other but we're not going out or anything) and we're sending each other Valentine's grams but I don't want know what to say. Preferably something that's not too lovey-dovey, yet not platonic. Can anyone help me?
