Where is there a library in Oakland California or Berkeley ,CA?

The main public library in Berkeley is at the corner of Shattuck Ave and Kittredge St, near the Downtown Berkeley BART station, though there are several branch libraries all over the city. You can also get public access to the main UC Berkeley library by special request.
