Cant find Sound blaster hardware?

Go to settings/system/device manager and delete the sound device and shut down. reboot and you will get the message "new device found" with the option to insert disk or install from OS. Select install from OS and see if Windows has the file in the system, if it is you can install from the OS, if not you will need the driver file
