me? the stylist didn't listen. and I got worse split ends after she lopped off 2 inches, and her scissors went crunch crunch crunch, which I found out means she used dull shears that should have been sharpened cause dull shears are louder. a hair cut should not be loud unless you are buzzing off hair.
