I want to convert to Roman Catholic?

im 16 years old... ive grown up in a very christian family. my parents are both presbyterians and i have been going to a presbyterian church every sunday for as long as i can remember. i really want to convert to roman catholicism. do i have to wait until im 18? how do i go about converting???
