What kind of girls do frat guys like?

I have been hanging out different frats. And I especially like Sigma Chi. I think they like me becuz they always invite me to their parties. I go to their parties sometimes. I know some of the brothers and talked to them a lot. How to be a Sigma Chi girl??? Do u think I am already the one?? or not?? I just like the greek life a lot.
